Looks great Ben. Very useful, I was thinking of doing something similar with the robes. I'm thinking of mixing Carroburg Crimson with Lahmian Medium instead so it has more of a gentle tint

+Adam G I experimented on my ‘old’ king and Carrouburgh looked a little too crimson for my liking, but could well work with a little lahmian mixed in. Let us know how you get on! - TTG Ben

Yooooo this looks... Well i will not say "real" beacause i have never seen ghost, but real in sense of the universe. Such simple, yet great work! I will definetly try it as base for my army and i will try to glaze over it with deluted nihilakh oxide

I am new to this hobby and just got the Pelennor fields box and decided to start with the army of the dead. Would you recommend using the same paints used here for the king for the actual army? I really like the grey ghost look

Hey Brian, you can indeed! I’ve done another video (Can I Paint an 800 point army in a week) which covers off how I painted the rest of my warriors. It’s like this, just a LOT simpler 😊 Let us see your painted models over on the Top Table Gaming Community Facebook page too! - TTG Ben
