I'm excited for yah. deathguard are great to paint because the details are very pronounced and lots of fun to paint. I struggle to paint them though because I can't deal with how realistic all those wounds and boils look, makes me feel sick every time ha
Awesome video, very honest and straight forward. It is refreshing to watch you tutorials as they both both seem attainable and a fair challenge. Thank you so much

That thing about the spray and pot not exactly matching is something I had to learn the hard way. I have a Dreadnought that needed a few touchups from mistakes. You can't tell from a short distance, but up close you can clearly see the difference in Caliban Green spray and pot. Never making that error again.

You are completly right. Since I have tried sabe hair brushes couple of years ago i never bought GW brushes no more. Theirs hairs are curling after couple of minis painted. You should try Winsor&Newton or Raphael if u never did it before. Wet pallete have drasticly reduced amount of paint i was wasting. I dont even want to start about paint pots :D Paints from GW are really good but i prefer to transfer them to dropper bottles.
Another absolute marvelous tutorial :D. Thank you Michael, and if you got more DG you can maybe do some alternate color schemes too. Have a marvelous day/summer.

Hi Michael, I love your vids as a returning painter from the days of using roller paint. I find your vids so helpful, just wondering what you use to attach the sub assembled parts to the wood blocks?

Ace video, maybe a daft question, but regarding the sub assembly do you just superglue the parts on to different blocks then simply remove and then glue them together, sorry I’m a newbie .

I use super glue when assembling the parts once painted. I do have a getting your miniature ready for painting video that goes through it all 😃
Hi ! Love your orks tutorials, et the blood angels ones too ! Your technique for highlights really helped me a lot after struggling with my paintings, and contrast paints... Too clean and shiny for nurgle. All the nice clean steel should be gunky rusty messes, more fluids oozing here and there etc. It looks nice. That's the issue.
