what color the primer be if you are painting white or red. also, what is the brand of latex primer and paint

It is primer.
What do you use to cut out your foam letters..and would you recommend a foam hardner for large letters,if so whats a great brand to use? Thanks

We use a hotwire to cut our foam letters. We generally face large letters with masonite and then paint the whole thing. Or, sometimes we send it to be sprayed with truck bed liner and then painted.
what is that foam material? high density urethan?

Yes, we use 3lb polyurethane foam.
