try running a long stroke about an inch away. Then use your technique, you'll get long strokes and clean lines

How would you paint a part of the ceiling that curves into the wall, it has no edge. How would I pull a straight line

I'd use a laser level set at an angle, or a chalk line between two trim nails at either end, and then tape along that line first.

What do you do with all the wall paint sling/freckles/splatter that will go onto the ceiling from rolling out the walls?

Roll slower near the ceiling. That eliminates splatters for me.

you get more splatter when the paint is more watery and if youre painting super fast.i hate when paint gets thick but thick paint wont make a mess,unless youre like 5 years old. i tape both ceiling and wall. I'm still touching up the paint where ceiling meets the wall with my super tiny craft brushes and i just kept making it worse.even if tape is perfect,walls will be crooked .will NEVER paint a ceiling white ever again.thinking of getting crown molding or the 3d rolls that you can stick onto top of wall.

wait,how does paint splatter to the ceiling?it usually ends up on the ground.i try to use the least amount of paint possible and roll slower.

I'm using floor paint. You recommend the same brushes?

Use straight cut brush it holds more paint....

It may hold more paint, but I find a sash brush easier to use in corners. Whatever gets the job done for you though!

Why not a 3" brush?

Gray hair, not paint. Dang, I wish it was still just that little patch! 😂

Use a brush thats comfortable in your hand ..... period.
