How to: Paint British 8th Army for Bolt Action

Ойындар

Hi all...apologies it's been a while since my last video. I have been (1) busy with quite a bit of gaming, and (2) ill for the last 3 weeks, but normal service will shortly be resumed with video updates about what I've been up to.
Today, we have a quick tutorial / "how I did it" guide to painting Brit 8th army "Desert Rats". Quick and simple, it's not prize-winning painting but it'll get something that looks half-decent onto the tabletop in a short space of time. Here's the paints I used:
Army Painter "Skeleton Bone" spray primer (primer / uniform / helmet)
Citadel Contrast "Black Templar" (boots / weapon undercoat & detail)
Vallejo Model Colour "Khaki" (equipment, straps, socks)
Vallejo Model Colour "English Uniform" (blanket roll)
Citadel Contrast "Guilliman Flesh" (flesh)
Vallejo Model Colour "Flat Brown" (rifle / water bottle)
Citadel "Leadbelcher" (bayonet)
"Ali's Brown Liquid" wash all over...made up of:
2 parts Agrax Earthshade, 2 parts Seraphim Sepia, half-1 part Lahmian Medium, small portion of Drakhenhof Nightshade
Hope you all found this useful - thanks for watching!
