I really appreciate this! I never thought of putting the smaller pieces on both sides. I will be repacking stuff tonight! Hadn't broken out the stretch goal monster tokens yet. so happy they'll have a place!

You get the second tray from the Hero Chest, it comes with a few spares to make up for the room the hero placards would take up in the regular box.
