I brought my boppy pillow to the hospital, and it helped a ton for feedings.

I LOVE this video... I’m 31 weeks and I’ve been browsing non stop trying to find a good video on what to take to hospital, but everything I have found has been sooo long and boring and I’ve never made it to the end. So I love the fact that this video was short and sweet and STILL had all the information I need!! Thankyou so much!! 💓

The file folder idea is SO SMART!! I've had 3 babies and wish I would have thought about this!

I Loved this video and some of the items you mentioned were soooooo smart! I am currently 26 weeks along with baby number 4 and I pretty much know what to pack for myself and baby from past hospital births that were just comfy for me and such, but the file folder is so smart, I remember how much paper work they give you and I never had a folder with me. I always just used the one folder they give you but it got very full and completely jumbled. And also, the empty bag for all your "swag" as you call it. So smart too. I remember going home after my last child was born and I had so much stuff to go through. Thanks for the video. I will definitely be adding those two things in my hospital bag this time around.

This is the BEST hospital bag prep video I’ve ever seen! I’m expecting baby #2 and I love how you have what is needed and how organized it is!! This file folder is genius!!! I hadn’t thought of that 😁I loved packing the empty bag! I love how you really packed the essentials 😁Something I’m going to add is a cheap pair of flip flops for the shower because last time I went without shoes because our daughter came when we least expected it! I like adding a swaddle me blanket for pics and I like adding a few no scratch mittens but those are items that aren’t needed for everyone. Anyways awesome video!

You can also get a portable phone charger instead of the 10 ft extension cord then you have the charger right in bed with you! My hospital also gave us a folder to stash all the paper work in. It was definitely nice having it all in one place!

My due date is the 23rd and barely getting my bag ready! Time went by so quick! Love the folder idea going to pick that up tomorrow while I try to walk my little man out haha

The folder to keep the paper work!! Omg yeh they give you so much but seriously not even thinking about any of that after pushing a melon out of your Cha Cha. 🙄 Extra undies! (Especially if you're having a natural delivery). Ones you don't mind chucking out when they become wrecked. A book or some magazines to read.

I am so sorry but I watched this video to know about the things I need to pack for my new born such as baby suits and wipes...but....unfortunately you didnt mention any of them

Nithya it's been a while since I had my daughter but I would take a pack of water wipes I think they are the only ones that are supposed to be used on a newborn. As for clothes stick with vests and onesies/Babygro's. One each for every day you are there plus a couple of spares. My daughter brought up loads of milk over her clothes. You will want a little hat for leaving and depending on the weather a cardigan, jacket or snowsuit. Remember though they only need 1 more layer than us. It breaks my heart seeing little babies in hot shops with hats, snowsuits, blankets. You won't want to mess about with fancy outfits when they are this little because you will be changing them so often the nappy and the clothes and it's definitely not worth the fuss in hospital. Unless your baby is likely to be huge newborn size will be fine for hospital.
