Not at all, Charisma is a worthless stat, but Speech is useful. Tagging a useful skill because its equivalent Special stat is common practice. Like, low-INT runs should definitely tag Repair

Going back to the Fly Me To The Moon quest, your direct actions caused the death of the ghouls. You said the explosion killed them, but you could say that for a gun just the same, oh it wasn't me, it was the bullet. Only part of the run where I was a little confused

For whatever reason, the game didn't count that as a kill. Therefore, it's the explosion that killed them and I'm clearly innocent in such tragedy 😢

​@farrel2307 nah fam the only hard part is dead money where holograms killing ghost people counts as your kill. The other dlcs are easy. In old world blues just have 100 science and turn off the giant roboscorpion and in lonesome road just tell ede to do melee (he can't) and then talk ulysses down and let him kill all the marked men

@farrel2307 yeah I frenzied one of them with a 10mm pistol and then hid on his chair. He kept running away and healing so I did have to shoot him to within an inch of his health but it was the turret that killed him.

Ringo must die for that route. I tried to lure Ringo to Joe Cobb himself but for some reason he just won't aggro and returned to the building. Then I tried to lure him to the cazadores, also didn't work. Basically aggro range.

Not quite accurate. He's devilishly charismatic and persuasive, specially - but not exclusively - to people who aren't in his gang and thus don't know what he's like at first sight. He's "walk into a random town, convince them to hang their priest by lying to them, tell them it was just a joke afterwards and have them laugh and party with you instead of getting mad" charismatic

@@HenryLarson-wq2xp i believe we’re in agreement; i was being sarcastic. i think its funny that, with the way F:NV’s skill checks work, you can have a speech-based character with a charisma of 1. realistically, the Judge’s charisma should be near 10. he goes beyond being charming (which he is); like you said, he seems to be capable of persuading anybody.
