I would catch myself daydreaming and being so far off the place I was standing. When I figured well this is my mind why the hell can’t I control it???!! Then everything changed for good. As soon as I’d catch myself daydreaming, I’d stop and tell myself it’s my mind, I am the driver and the boss. A simple reminder can change your life forever.

Books like this and other tools have helped me develope my character and get along better with the world that always kicked me back much harder than I could ever kick out. Hopefully my learning breaks the cycle for my sons. How about you how are your children doing? Are they lost like I was? Or don’t you have any?
