OCD is all about doughtness of mind. Once you checked you don't get relief you check it more more time to clear your dought but it still remains same.

@@shwetasonbarsa5082 I don't do meditation, just started getting engaged in things... Watching Movies, webseries and going gym regularly etc Now only 10% left which is good, coz sometimes I check car's handbrake again and many time I find out I didn't put that. So try to engage in things
