    Assalam alaikum, basic meditation mai aapke channel pe aane se kafi saal pahle se karta aa raha hu, isliye concentration wagaira ki zyada koi problem mujhe nahi aati, visualization bhi thik se kar leta hu, continue 15-30 minutes tak bhi maraqba me rah leta hu, bas kabhi kabhi subah fajr namaz ke baad maraqba ke dauran nind ke jhatke lagte hai or fir concentration break ho jata hai, baki aapke channel pe aane ke baad hi maine pahli baar Islamic sufizm ke tarike se maraqba karna shuru kiya hai or ye pahle ke sare tariko se behtar hai,, jazakAllah 💫👍🏻👍🏻
