I wanted to start somewhere specially that I don't have a water bath and other stuff needed. This will be my starting point. Everything is available and I only need to buy the jars. Thankyou ! :)

Brianna, Yes the jars will pop and seal. It took about an hour.

Denise, I washed the lids and rings. I did not heat them as I would have for hot jam. That is a great question though. They need to be good and dry before putting them on the jars.
Wouldn’t it be safer to put flour in Mylar Bags with oxygen obsorber
That's the oddest thing that I've ever heard of.
