Tip: When making profiles with a template, trace all the parts from the pattern, rough cut off waste with band saw or jig saw, then use the template to finish with router. Saves time and router bits (plywood is tough on them) because routing a bunch of material is no fun! Nice work!

Its great to see this team grow, not only in size but in range, too. But now that Josh is a full-fledged presenter I expect 2x as many videos a week! ;) Would love to see a video on the 2nd channel about your project management and planning process, beyond the woodworking - how you lay out your resources, plan timelines, storyboard the videos or whatever else you do to take an idea and turn out a finished video.

I had the laser cut an oval in the top front of each as a handle to make it easier to pull out, and to make them pretty my partner just painted them. To make them slide in and out more easily we glued (front to back) strips of felt, like runners on a sled, to the bottom of each box. They glide much more nicely that way.

Love the video. Good call on using Josh to put out a video this week turned out great, however missed opportunity Bob should have been in the closet when you said he was coming over to check it out at the end! It would have been dorky humor but I would have laughed!

I originally posted a comment to ask about the farm. Only to get that answered like 15 seconds later. Do hope there will be some stuff done in it soon. Love the end result. And hey, if you put that one shelf all the way up top. You can ignore it for as long as you want! Unless you're a sadist, then put it somewhere in the middle.

The farm is a blank canvas right now with a lot of potential! The shelves looks great and I didn't even notice the grain when I looked at them.

At 3:41 when you're talking about making a curve with a very large ruler by bending the ruler... something that works even better is a thin 1/4" balsa/basswood stick. You can get a pack of 5-6 at your local hobby craft store (like Hobby Lobby) and they're 3' long I believe (mine are in a package at home on my desk due to my model boat building so I can't check for another 4 hours). Just make sure to give a light pressure while you're attempting the bend, otherwise you might snap the stick.
