First of all Well done! Never underestimate what you have achieved so far. You need to look at it in milestones, 10k, 50k 100k - each one is really hard to reach. When i have done this in the past, which is completely natural, i always take a step back and have a break for a few weeks. At this time i research competitors and see what they are doing which is different. Often it gives you a different approach.

I completely get you! We all suffer with this trust me! I personally suffer from imposter syndrome and gets to me sometimes.. but like anything in life, the reality of doing something is never as bad as the picture we paint in our heads.

Facebook’s terms and conditions state: In order to maintain the accuracy of Page content, our Pages Terms now prohibit Pages from tagging or encouraging people to tag themselves in content that they are not actually depicted in. So, for instance: It’s OK to ask people to submit names of a new product in exchange for a chance to win a prize It’s not OK to ask people to tag themselves in pictures of a new product in exchange for a chance to win a prize." It's also not okay to ask people to tag a friend in a post to enter.

I would say your audience is not set correctly. You need to make sure you are targeting people that could genuinely be interested in your posts.

Okay but if our facebook page is for a blog, how do we advertise new blog posts without sharing a link. It's highly unlikely someone will go searching for our blog post if the link isn't there.
