How To Open Up About Your Emotional Baggage (step-by-step)

Emotional baggages are hurts from our past. This video teaches you how to open up about your emotional baggage. We all carry emotional baggages from our past that hurt our present lives.
Emotional baggages are painful memories and unresolved issues from our past. When we hold on to these past hurts and relive the pain over and over in our minds.
I want to offer you ways you can talk about it without having to excavate the wound.
Story Telling - scripted or spoken, it is a great way to open up about your past pain.
Situation Timelines- If something has occurred that touched your baggage, it’s a perfect opportunity to open up. This is because it gives you a psychological landing pad and massages your ego.
Spiritual Texts - it might be a Bible story about a character with an emotional baggage.
Special Talk - this is where you deliberately make up your mind to say to your loved one “I have something to tell you” or “there is something about my behavior I want you to know”.
Self-Talk - it the ongoing and never ending discussion you have with yourself. A time should come when you have to say to yourself, it’s time to move on and move past this event. Your self talk is the lubricating oil in your engine.
Support Team- Apart from family, have people who you can talk with to pour out your pain.
Choose any of the ways I have mentioned. If you wish to talk with me about your baggage send a mail to chika@chikaossai-ugbah.org. Remember to subscribe to my channel and press the notification bell.
