It's a piece of crap. Mine is stuck closed... Can't wear it. Used to open and close without issue. One day it simply stopped working... With 8 of my fave charms on it... So upset.

Hi, mine is stuck close on my hand, I can not open it. I've visited the local store, but they could not open it either.

@@iharshulhan7475 Hi Ihar! I just went to the Pandora store today. They've just been told these bracelets are being recalled as defective. They cut my bracelet for me and replaced it free of charge with a bracelet that has a better clasp. Go back to the Pandora store and they should do the same for you. Good luck!

Hi, i have the same issue and since i bought it online and they wouldn't exchange it, i used a tiny bit of jewelry lubricant and it opened right away. Now it's working fine.

I bought this as a Christmas gift to myself. After having it a freaking month almost I finally looked on KZread on how to open the damn thing. I’m not impressed with it all to be honest it bends weird and gets stuck at the magnetic end almost stiff like and I’m afraid I’m going to break it. Bought off the website going to see if Pandora will let me exchange in store.
They say ITs all wrong,so Pandora decided to call them back, all.of it ..a lot of these bracelet stucked on womens arms for weeks :)))
My brought this bracelet. The worst one ever. I only wore this once. Now I can’t get it open and I have charms on it. I recommend no one to get this worthless bracelet.
