Mine was really glued well so ended up damaging the wooden box a bit but thats easily fixed with a black matte finish tape while I put it back post repairs.

Sony parts are not easily available in the market. You can get it at sony service center only.

My son threw remote inside the hole. It is now strucked inside it. How to remove that

You can use a tong to take the remote out if possible or else you have to open the front panel

I have this speaker, whenever i play any audio track with intense bass effects, the sub distorts and generates an irritating rattling sound. Why does it happen and can it damage the woofer?

Something is loose inside or the front panel is not set properly. These 2 can be the cause of rattling noise

If still in warranty then call customer care... or you can do one thing. Remove the back pannel and check the main kit there. All the connections for front panel would be marking there on the board by numbers or something & same on the front pannel. So you can connect one by one like that. You can use a multineter to check the continuity of the wires to identify which one is connected to the main kit on which point.

Sir, I have the same system. When I connected to the TV via the aux cable, I heard a beep sound, I thought the aux cable was a problem so I bought another one. then i changed the tv still the problem not solved. This problem only occurs when aux cable is connected to tv. Is there any way to get ready.

@@selbinushborgoyari2312 that much difference doesnt matter. Sony has big size enclosure totally empty inside for air space. Thats why its bass is bigger. But the downside is, it doesnt have bass controller
