I appreciate the author making this video, but it is yet another video that fails to explain the basics. (1) Is there anyway to use a built in webcam WITHOUT any software download? I have been at this for 2 hours, and no help page, nor any video seems to mention this incredibly basic question. I have been able to see the driver for my "HP Webcam", but Windows was not competent enough to include a help page that mentions this crucial question - at least not one that has a good search result. There are a host of videos promoting one piece of web software or another, but they all simply assume you wish to use their software.

It's because Windows 7 does not have a dedicated camera app. Windows XP does, but not 7. Strange, I know.
