I couldn't repair mine because it was broken the rolled metal spring additionally the plastic cover and coil were too weak so they ended a little damaged in the process (cheap). This video is great!

My yellow tape just spins outwards not like how it is happening here in the video when you pull it outwards it automatically goes inside

You have to spin the tape around the centre midule properly.. Then do a spring tension movement as shown in around 2.31 time snap in video.. You can do that.. Be happy
