Is it required to have a Certificate of Good Standing from NJCS for $120 ?

How do you get to the business name page at 1:14? The link in the description takes mes to www.state.nj.us/treasury/revenue/ and I have no idea how to navigate from there to what he's showing us at 1:14.

If he screen recorded everything, it would have been a lot simpler. I have no idea how he gets from one page to the next and I'm just clicking around trying to get the page he's showing me next.

Excellent video! Thanks for taking the time to make/post it. Questions: 1) If listing yourself as the registered agent, wouldn’t it be wiser to use a ‘virtual’ business address? (Assuming you have no office and are working out of your home). 2) If using a registered agent, would you use their address when filing the LLC? Thanks!

Once you submit payment and it goes through it says on the bottom "you will need to register llc name for tax and employer purposes. Register now online or within 60 days of today's date." What needs to be done there?

That is correct, you need to file the ein number and then register the the llc for tax purposes in NJ, just follow the link its super easy. any issues let me know

I’m working on launching an online store that sells beauty products but the application for the LLC asks for a main business address as you mentioned and where I currently live is an apartment I’m renting and the owner states in the lease I cannot list as a place of business as it might affect his insurance. an online store is not really considered a business location as more of a mailing address. Just check with you landlord first
