    this man is clearly a medical professional 1. he states who he is at the start of the video 2. he wears a white lab coat style jacket including his name stitched above the pocket 3. he uses tools to open a bucket and demonstrates proper technique

    What other tools or methods to open a metal can of paint ?

  • @JULIUSVIISINELJA
    @JULIUSVIISINELJA10 жыл бұрын

    If you're going to consume the whole of paint little by little over weeks, months or years, I'd recommend cutting a big hole, dia. 30 mm onto the lid, doing the painting, and then closing the hole with a tape. As an alternative, drilling two holes, one for paint, one for air, at opposite sides of the lild, diameter min. 20 mm, and again using tape. This is what I found the best method so you'd not need to hassle opening - closing - opening - closing ... , since it becomes hard in the long run to tidy up the bucket upper edge of the dried paint.

    Forgot to add this: obviously you'd pour the amount of paint you're going to consume a given time to another bucket used for actual painting work.

    What a joke. Do NOT use the pull tab. Cut all the open slits straight down with a box cutter or knife. This allows the lid to lock back down harder and way more secure. Save the doctor tips for when you have a bad back or deep wound.
