I skated in my teens, but I have a leg injury and find it difficult to ride regular (like I used to). I am so glad to hear that you’re jumping before popping, making it easier on my now bad leg, which has become my popping foot. Thank you for this little tip, I hope it will help!

Pop the tail with your ankle AFTER you jump. This is an extremely important overlooked part of the trick. If you try to pop and jump in the same exact motion it won’t work.

If the board is flinging forward, then you might be leaning too far on your back foot. You have to jump straight upward and do so with 100% commitment to try to land back on it. Have you checked out the full tutorial? You got this! 🙌kzread.info/dash/bejne/ioCMqad7gtHFlZs.html
