does code allow rotational mode for 2nd mode? and what if translation and rotational mode is a couple mode?

There is some limitations and requirements in ASCE if the 2nd mode is rotational mode, because such buildings are considered as irregular. To design irregular buildings, performance based-design (PBD) approach which requires nonlinear response time history analysis is the best choice
