Would you please explain how we can get the legal status, if we will be on two week visit visa and will try for kid admission in school and for article 92 & 122 (parents). As you know over two weeks we will be illegal if we not get lagel status. Please any suggestion. I hope you understood my question. Thank you.

Jazakallah Khair, Aameen. Kids can get the admission in the school and later you can get the declaration letter from the school at the same time you will look for the Article 92 appointment for your kids. You can also apply for student visa to be legal in portugal.

Usually slots open for very limited time you have to check frequently. Don't know exact dates.

Walaykum Assalam wa Rahmatullah, If your husband holds an TRC then he must be living in portugal I guess. Regarding the area if you find house anywhere in Lisbon go for it. Here in Lisbon we have have the luxury to select the area and demand. Good luck.

You will need to book the appointment from your home country, we are based in Lisbon Portugal we don't have to book the job seeker visa from here. You can book it online.
