Regan is the man. His Nsx was built with meticulous planning and follow through, really is the best one in the states.

iLLWiLLeM If only this NSX was half yours was/is or a tenth of your CRX man!
Went to High School with Regan, always a nice guy and glad to see him doing well!
I truly enjoy this format. Well balance of showcasing the car, the owner, and the knowledge behind MotoIQ.
Thanks for the call out for the Cedar Ridge Fabrication parts Regan used on his great NSX!
when i grow up, i want to be an nsx

I want to be a supra
Whew this nsx is lovely and the owners explanation for the modifications just made the features even better. Please do more of these!
Awesome car guys - thanks for the coverage! Big fan of seeing all the finer details!
Definitely a well-thought-through build. I think the fact it's all reversible is very respectful of the NSX's heritage, while still getting the owner what he wants out of the car while he has it.
So nice to see your car where the owner understands what went into it. Bothers me when someone just pays the bills and has a car built. This guy really knows his car. Blessings
One of the best videos I’ve seen of this type, thank you
Loved it! If you made a video on 88-00 civic suspension tricks I would be very interested. Maybe some talk about track oriented geometry changes, what has been done with the EF racecar, alignment settings, roll center changes with extended ball joints in the front knuckles, etc. A definitive civic suspension overview by Mike Kojima. Anyways, much love to everyone over at MotoIQ. Thank you always for sharing so much knowledge over the years.
Really well articulated interview! Owned my '91 for about 18 years now and this provided me with a few upgrade ideas. Also that's the way to conduct an interview, allow the person being interviewed to speak without interruption. Well done!
This was really great! I would suggest adding a ride along or video of a track day with this car to complement all of the modifications that were reviewed.
Love the in depth breakdown of the car.
More of these! Great video
I would love to hear the feature car for a bit. Maybe a driving impression will be good.

Lots of nsx noise videos elsewhere
I think this is shaping p to be a great series, guys! Mike does a great job hosing, more of his thoughts and insight would be great to hear throughout the conversation. I'd personally like to see a 350z next up, or in the near future. Thanks
Can you do a separate video on common pitfalls when dealing with multi-link suspension and solid bushings? Thanks MotoIQ!
This is great. Maybe some in car of the vehicle in question, I would have liked to hear that supercharger!!
I like how he stood at parade rest for King Mike, that's respect right there.
Perfect build.
Brilliant video! I'd love to see one on the Impreza GC8 and other Japanese compact cars.
I love the geekiness of your videos. Could you do more 1st gen is300 sportcross videos? I need some motivation and inspiration to turn my old dads beater to a street/track car :) Cheers and keep on keeping on lads and laddets!
Beautiful nsx. Tastefully mod. CE28 can never go wrong on nsx.
5:08 agree
Very tastefully done. Nice car.
Perfect NSX
Well thanks a lot. Just reminded me how much I want to do with my 91 NSX

Mike, never change lol. Great vid as always though we do need a drive and some sounds.
This car is SO nice. Exactly how I would do mine.
Perfection, I want to drive this thing.
SLA suspension* (not multi-link). 🙂
the music is way too loud, it makes it hard to discern what they are saying at times
Based on the initial concept of the NSX, the target was to innovate and push the new technology so expecting the new NSX to conform to its old characteristics would conflict with its own name “New Sports Experimental”. Regardless, this build is awesome.
Great car. I'll never understand the switch to the static headlights. I like my cars to look older. Lol
NVS noise vibration and harshness. Had to look that up. This video got quite technical!
Really good video! Only thing is I would love to have some driving footage or at least a good exhaust clip.

We will definitely keep that in mind for our next "feature" video. Thanks for the feedback!
What brand of NSX-r hood did you go with and how did you like the fitment? Thank you!
I am going to have to go with 2000GT for #1 but for sure the NSX is in the top 5
Hi Mike
Any love for the Toyota mr2?
Love my 92 NSX with a MANUAL TRANSMISSION. The new NSX is a boring hybrid. So I bought a new Corvette, with a MANUAL TRANSMISSION. Love the Corvette.
WOW! That's all...
You might not need to use the NEW NSX steering rack. Back in the day Honda put electric steering in the automatic transmission NSX’s. Yes, believe it or not, there were automatic transmission NSX’s. I don’t know who would actually buy one, but they did exist. I’m not sure how many of them are actually out there and you might already know some other reasons why it won’t work, but it’s something to think about if you didn’t know or you forgot.
Wow
I have some questions for you Mike if I were put poly bushings on my cb7 suspension components would that screw with my suspension geometry as well as heim style is there any I should stick to keeping stock ? I don't expect an answer.
@motoiq

Well, poly is better for street use as well as light track usage with summer UHP tires. Heim style is more for racing or hardcore usage with R compound tires. unless you have really sticky tires and don't mind more noise and vibration for most people poly is a better choice. The Spoon Civic has some poly bushings in the rear suspension so they can be used for track stuff!
No ride along? No engine start or exhaust note? I really enjoyed the detail going into the build but I was really looking forward to seeing the car in motion...
5:31 that look on your face doesn't say 'I agree' :) there is some heritage in NC! It's a great machine. 4.0 NA would be nice though.
These cars are the JDM version of the Porsche 993. Great for owners, but not so great for people looking to get into now and in the future. The best JDM of all 90’s sports car IMO; for daily driving and reliability. Not the most powerful, but for styling a winner by a huge margin. 2nd place for styling would be FD RX7.
Paid $60k for my 2000 SC NSX. Great car. The best that defines is balance!
Everything is greatly and tastefully modified , ...except the gauge cluster
it saddens me every time i come across a nsx that lost its pop up headlights
I hated the new NSX a lot at first for all of the reasons Mike gives. However, a lot of people who've actually driven it say it's a pretty phenomenal driving experience. Since I haven't driven one yet I'm not going to pass judgement on the car just yet.
stooped watching after him saying that he wants to put electro steering rack
@motoiq

because I didn't say that electric racks suck
Thermal CA? That's like 20min from me
For my rsx type s also transaxle gearbox, oem internal with os giken lsd, I have being using motul FF lsd II transmission oil 75w-90. Only occasional chatter at high steering lock angle when cold. Love your well thought out build and agree with your comment these older NA1 and NA2 are real NSX, the latest US design NSX completely lost the plot in my opinion
Why does he smile always?

Would love to feature this beast and its sexy owner on my channel :)
Ok, I officially do not want an NSX, I want to go on a $65,000 with this amazing woman.
How to fuck up an nsx Put a rocket bunny body kit on it
That is sick. How an adult modifies their car.
More Wankel and maybe even an RX-8 :D
I mean, rotora brakes kinda fucked up the car
This has fuck gay toyota supra all over it. =) This dude with the mic saying Honda mest up with the new nsx, obviously don't know what nsx stands for.
