This no longer works since the stinky poopy people over at Meta decided to make it to where apps cant access your files to "protect your privacy" meaning you cant use an in-headset app to add files (mods) to your game. This is mostly to prevent people from hacking but it also prevents people from modding, especially in games where it doesn't have a built in mod editor. So as of right now the only way to get mods in your games without a PC is if it has mod support like Blade and Sorcery or Battle Talent, otherwise you can't.
