How to multiple artboards at once - Adobe Photoshop tutorial

In this video I am going to teach you how to edit the text and images of different artboards all at once. This will be a great help when you have to design multiple different sized artboards that contain the same data. The great thing is that you can edit it in photoshop but also can import text and images from a spreadsheet.
The technique I'm using is the variable data technique which I've created multiple video's about already that can be found on my channel!

Thank you, do you have a video on how to make a large 44x36 image into artboards? Would I need to split that image and save then drop them in the artboards? I’d like them to be as one meaning if it was an all over t shirt image. I’d like to print the images out on 8.5x14 in A sub, sublimation paper.

Hi, would you mind helping me in another topic? I was trying to crop a PDF file (scanned book of 90 pages) after watching one of your video, but getting an error saying "page size may not be reduced". Can you please help?

You can crop files using adobe acrobat pro. Try setting the page size if cropping doesnt work! Good luck
Super helpful, thank you! However I’m wondering if you might be able to help me with one more step? I’ve set up my photoshop document using the advanced spreadsheet method but now I want to automate exporting 14 artboards as individual jpegs then progressing to the next data set, export jpegs, next data set etc. I’ve tried creating an action but I’ve had no luck finding a way to automate this continual export process. In theory I’d like to be able to automate exporting 10 or more data sets at a time. For some reason Photoshop is very limited with what export options you can include as an action. I hope you can help? Nevertheless, thanks again for this tutorial.

Hi Raymond. On my channel is a variable data tutorial for photoshop. In the end of the video there is some more in dept information about batch exporting. Please let me know if that didnt work for you because then I might be able to find a way to do it and make a video about it.

@@PrimoTutorials Thanks for getting back to me! I was not able to work out how to export a data set with multiple artboards and then automatically progress to the next data set and export that. Are you able to explain the steps? But if it's easier as a video I would be extremely greatful to see that and be sure to provide a 'super thanks'!
