Back then Australia was more peaceful and less populated but today is a different story; everything has risen in cost and many cannot afford to purchase a home. It is also true that Australia has become more strict and therefore more difficult to enter as a migrant. Nothing about migrating and living in a new country is easy.

Currently kasi nag aapply ako offshore pero may ilan na na dedecline na kasi hindi sila nag offer ng sponsorship pag offshore ung applicant. I guess mas mataas din chances talaga pag nasa Australia na kami. One more question po sana sir, ang balak po kasi ng wife ko is mag take nang masteral in tourism and hospitality. Do you have an idea if madami din pong opportunities for work once she graduates? Thank you po ulit!

As of now, wala pa po. Usually, it takes 1-2 yrs to finalize after announcing a new change. Also, these changes take effect every 1st of July. Hintayin natin this year if may update 👍

Ang alam ko po is a higher english requirement - example ielts from 5.5 to 6 for student visa. 6.5 for post grad study. Increase na rin proof of funds. Then, will take effect Feb 2024.

Ang mahirap talaga dyan ung rent, weekly ang bayad lalo na ung malapit sa main city tska ung health care. :( wala na bang murang upahan dyan na worth less than 200 or 150 AUD?

In 2020, $180 bayad namin. Small home, 2 bedrooms. Mabait ang landlord kasi hindi nag increase ng rent despite the inflation. But we have to move from there coz family is growing.

Hello Rod! Thanks for this very informative video. Me and my wife are planning to migrate to AUS asap. My brother and his wife have been citizens na for more than 15 years. We're quite torn what type of visa to get. I have been a professional graphic designer for almost 11 years, but my skills aren't that much needed dyan sa oz as per my research. Do you think there's a chance for us to migrate using my skills or should we just aim for a student visa? There are changes na din kasi sa mga immigrant this year so medyo natatakot kami na baka mahirapan kami lalo. We'll be living with my brother for the first few years if ever we get to migrate. Thank you po. Graphic Design is included pa rin sa Skilled Occupation List (ANZSCO Code 232411) as per homeaffairs website po PERO hindi lahat ng VISA na may PR pathway is open. Pwede ka sa subclass 190, 489, 187, 494 at 491. Best of luck po sa Australian Dream journey ninyo :)

At least 2 yrs work experience in my opinion. Personally, I'll go for skilled visas. Check niyo po subclass 189/190. Also, 186 👍

Uu, dapat related sa skills. Also, experiences after your diploma/degree ang counted. Sa funds, at present nasa around $24,500.

Ask q lng po if may pag-asa po ba makapunta ng Australia kahit hindi mayaman? paano po kau nkaipon ng pera to migrate? Salamat po.❤

Hi sir rod, pwede po malaman kung ano po yung work nyu jan sa OZ? I am planning to apply po sa visa 189. Isa po akong licensed civil engineer dito sa pinas. Nagresearch n po ako at need po na may 5 years experience ako para po makakuha ng 80 pts in total. Right now nasa Planning and design division po ako ng city engineer's office ng davao. Pero gusto ko po kumuha pa ng experience sa field engineer for 5 years para makapag ipon din. May chance po ba na magrant yung visa ko if mag apply ako 5 years from now? Thank you po.

Mahirap po sagutin tanong niyo kasi nagbabago po visa rules every July. Also, sa Skill Select nag uupdate sila ng mga list of in-demand jobs. Pag nakuha niyo na 5 yrs experience, its better to consult with migration lawyer/agent. Search Skill Select sa immigration australia website tapos hanapin mo occupation list. Then, search your specific profession. Lalabas profession mo if in-demand.
