My confusion is ill upload a vid...it gets copyright strike. Ill go to another reaction channel and the ezact same video is up. No copyright. How does that happen

@@successcentral766 you can respond truthfully you can say a song sucks without saying it sucks in a positive way maybe give the artist pointers but if your saying the song sucks right and the whole production of your vudeo is slandering this artist that also uses youtube platform yes youtube will do something about it. Just like when you make a wild comment wether or not the publisher has restricted comments or not KZread will ban you for 24 hours and remove your comment freedom of speech freedom of action on their site and shit I agree you and me we are here to be social social is a positive word is it not and if it's not okay but KZread makes it clear we are not here to bash each other why tf you wanna spread hate anyways if you don't like a song why comment on it let alone make a whole freaking reaction video to it if you don't like it now the artist goes back at the reactionist that doesnt really do anything creative but run they choppers or shoot they keyboards and i dont think KZread wants to be known for that a negative hater platform for losers they have youtube kids they make big money and can only make more money spreading love not hate do you f***ing get it now

Thank you so much for this!!! I don't do reactions, but I do have some concert footage videos up, and almost every single one has been red flagged. I don't have enough content or subscribers to be monitized or anything, and I dont post them for that purpose anyway, so its really not a big deal. However, I have always wondered how other people get around that, just in case one day I ever did want to post something and get paid for it.

This is great to know. Currently I run a creepypasta narration channel, but I am thinking of starting a reaction channel. I do want to also add that even if a dispute gets rejected, you can still do an appeal. I had to do one recently, and the claimant (epidemic sounds) emailed me, and tried to bully/blackmail me into buying one of their licences, and if I did they would release the copyright claim. I sent them a stiff email saying I never used (and never will use) any of their stuff. Also, I won't be blackmailed into buying an expensive license that wasn't worth it. They eventually emailed me back, apologizing and the released the claim. So yeah, sometimes it is worthwhile sticking to your guys, and then appealing the dispute rejection.

@@c.j.c7919 There is no loophole when it comes to UMG, if they claim you video you just have to accept it. A lot of the time if your video is claimed by anybody else though the claim should get lifted

I think the use of artist's music for other people to make money off of it should get a cut of the proceeds instead of the reaction people getting all of the money off of music they had nothing to do with or be banned from using it for personal monetary gain.
