leaving a comment to help you with the algorithm :) But I also want to point out, dating apps don't really work(sorry Higher Bond) if you live in a small town

Hi James, Much thanks for the assist! And we certainly agree that dating in general is more challenging in smaller towns because there are fewer singles. We'd also agree that because of the smaller numbers, people tend to come and go from the apps more frequently because their expectations are higher than they should be based on the size of the town. In some small towns that are closer to other towns or cities, it can help to bridge the gap between those areas, but there's still going to be the challenges of a lower number of singles. Thanks for sharing!

I don't date. I would encourage you to consider removing the word dating from your vocabulary and to describe the app. It is such a worldly term with worldly connotations. I mention some of this in my profile. I am looking for "friends first". even in the app. I think the term "Christian dating" is an oxymoron. Get to know someone first, without putting the pressure of an expectation of automatically going straight for romance. Just my 2 cents.

why not friends? then courting, when the time comes, which means dating with the intension of marriage, which is obviously, not the way to start a relationship. as you put out this advice to others, (which I appreciate the heart behind what you are doing and have done) how do you feel about kissing? I vowed to never kiss my wife until we were married, and we both felt that it was wisdom. especially after we were first married, we agreed that kissing made us both totally lose control. We met at a pretty large Christian singles group (around 100 people on average) and became friends over a period of over a year. we became closer and closer, fairly gradually, then I asked her to marry me and began our courtship. we both had friends that wouldn't admit it at the time, but later admitted that they were fornicating. unfortunately, that seems to be the norm and something that must be intensionally avoided or will be a trap that is all but impossible to resist.@@higherbond
