Good to see the instruction to have those four points against the wall. Also note that on awakening we are significantly taller, then within just an hour or so men average a centimetre less, typically at their low point at around six hours later, but if have a hard day on their feet can shrink slightly further still.

That's an accurate way of measuring one's height. I am tired of measuring my height, some say it's 177 cm , others say it's 180 cm. The difference is 3 cm and it's important for me because i always take BMI into consideration.

If you want to know for sure, I'd do it myself at home. Make sure you are on a flat, level surface. Stand against a wall that is level, too. Get a 9-10 inch can, pencil and tape measure. Make sure the can is flat against the wall and stand as straight as possible. Lower the can slowly until you just feel it touch the highest point of your head. Make a mark and then measure with the tape measure. Remember, your height changes by about an inch during the day, so try doing it out of bed and also before bed.

Hey guys, I got a question if I measure myself by my own with both arms up lifting because I hold a book on top of my head am I measure myself shorter then having the arms completely down ?

The measuring machine didn't account for her hair which adds an extra inch or so to her height.

I was thinking that I am 4'11 but turns out I am 7'11

so that makes me 170cm if I stand straight lmao

She did move the scale up I have no idea why but even if it is wrong she still wouldn't be 166 the measurement was just over 165 cm so just over 5'5'' or 5'5 and 1/8''

Zep prime@ alot of scales give different heights. One scale put me at 5'11"05 and another put me at 6ft lol the best way is to get a measuring tape and measure yourself against a wall. A did it and i was 5'11"05 wich i knew i always was. I knew the scale that put me at 6ft was wrong strait away as other people have said the same. My friend who is 6ft said a scale put him at almost 6ft1 lol these scales are way off, and by half an inch at least, wich is alot btw.

So when you wear your hair in a bun does it increase your height because I got my height today I had a bun and I didn’t feel the thing touch my head and she said I was 5’8 but last time I checked I was 5’6 and I don’t look 5’8

Check at 0:59 if you guys look carefully, it’s actually 5’2.5” or 158.5 cm !

My height is 6'1 barefoot which is almost 6'4 barefoot so I am quite big and towering myself. The ravishing sweetheart young lady having her height measured is 5 feet 2 inches tall which is 159 cm in height. Bottom line is size is size and that is what makes humans unique, simply because there are a variety of sizes and different sizes have different benefits for people rather than having everyone the same size. Here is what I think are the height chart classes for males and females. Dwarfistic height: Smaller than 4′10″ Short Statured: 4′10″ - 5′2″ Short: 5′3″ - 5′5″ Below Average: 5′6″ - 5′8″ Average: 5′9″ - 5′11″ Above Average: 6′0″ - 6′2″ Tall: 6′3″ - 6′7″ Tall Statured: 6′8″ - 6′11″ Gigantic Height: 7′0″ or Bigger
