What is your favourite of the new voyages?

These are really nice videos and I love how concise they are! I really enjoy the faster pace of the new voyages and watching the reputation dial slowly go up again after so long of it being full. One thing though that I think is unfortunate is that the new cargo runs for the merchants alliance only have four items. Though half of the items are the new, more valuable variants, I used to be able to fill my ship up with cargo with at least eight (I think) items and make very decent gold. Were you planning on making a video similar to this one for the merchants? Edit: I just rewatched the beginning of the video and saw that my question was already answered. Haha

Skeleton fort raids, they're just so addicting imo They're especially lucrative for OoS emissaries, because of their bonus on the extra skulls you get, same with ashen lords!

Skeleton forts easily. I never did em because it was easier to do something else but now that I can just pick and choose? time to farm recommendations!

TLDW: Do the ghost fleet raid, and grab a shipwreck if you see it, rinse and repeat. There, saved everyone five minutes of padding.

I for one love this season it feels so new and refreshing and after being 75 in all factions and 30 in athena for the longest time I finally have things to play for again

Should also consider doing the Emissary Quests you get for each Grade V. Granted, you'll have to keep your Grade V up while doing it, but it's still worth doing. Day one of the new Season, a friend and I did a GH, getting to Grade V and completing both the Emissary Quest and a lot of bottle quests we picked up that also give Kingly Chests Ended up getting a full 5 levels from 75 to 80. Definitely worth it

@@jameslockwood8840 just like with all Emissary quests before, you have to obtain it from a company rep. Given you'd be heading to an outpost to sell what got you to Grade V anyway, one might as well

In my opinion, not worth doing until they make it guaranteed King treasure. The admiral and Baron chests don't sell for much more than ashen captains chests so farming devil's roar or shipwrecks can be more profitable

Also if you're not solo, have someone shoot out to every island you pass and look for coral messages in a bottle. The regular ones are good sometimes but if a coral gives you x marks the spot, it seems to always be good treasure in my experience. My favorite farm is island hopping for messages in bottles and ashen captains or skeletons captains

Actually, buried treasure are effective. But not because of themselves. It's because it send you to island where you can found bottle. And since one bottle can give you up to 9 (10?) king's chest... hard to beat.

tried it out and its really good. i would also consider the emissary quest, which takes about 20 minutes and gives you about 1 level (level 80-81 for me). I would REALLY love a reputation guide for athenas fortune for the next one. Keep up the great work

@@joshualockwood7026 Veils are still 100% the best way to level Athena's Fortune. Especially since diving to them doesn't reduce the amount of loot you gain.

How dose the rep actually work ? If i was to get to lvl 5 and keep getting more treasure without lowering will this be more effective for rep or more effective getting to lvl 5, selling then raising again ? What's the difference ? I don't get it.

Of all the Voyages and Raids, I think the FH Raid Event has the biggest difference in Solo vs Crew Gameplay. This is the only Event that is truly a danger when doing it solo - and if its not a danger, its annoying and takes the most effort at least. All the other Events are done easily as solo, this one is better done with a Crew.

Are Sea forts actually worth it now. You do get King's Chest out of it but that was all i got. No loot found anywhere in the seafort and nothing in the Store Room. I got 2 kings trinkets and 2 low grade chests and that was it. That and it seemed like the phantoms were actively avoiding me so it took forever.

You know the Athena search for legendary treasure it that good ?

Do an OOS video next. Im curious as to what your suggestions would be.

i like doing merchant ghost fleet raids because you also get supply crates to sell, then after i do world events and lost shipments

When u are lvl 5 emissary you can take The emissary quest at morrow's peak outopost wich gives around 10 aschen new high tier chest

Do you dive to a world event then go get an emissary flag then go back to do the event? How do you take your emissary to the event to get it to grade five

You raise your emissary flag before you leave the outpost l as you don’t lose your emissary flag while diving

Oos I think has the best gold considering the new skulls are worth like 6k

It honestly shits me you can't stack emissary voyages anymore

1 thing to add about the vaults, they were changed so that the location the key takes you to, players are more likely to get the vault island closest to them

Ok for gold hoarders here’s at least how I did it ps I got distinction 1 within like 6ish hours do skelly fort it takes like 20 minutes and gives a level and a bit then when you get grade 5 to the buried treasure or whenever your about to finish your session the stages are 1.Dive To skeleton Fort 2.Go To out post Side step look for shipwrecks 3.Sell 4.Repeat It is quite simple and it doesn’t matter your skill level cause it’s that simple you don’t need to worry about anything else when I was doing this Only one ship bothered me it’s also like 50K per complete once grade 5 so your making bank and rep (I’m not saying this methods bad but I would recommend this more especially to newer players that aren’t to good with dealing with players or ships in general)

I found it way easier as a solo to do an ashen winds or whatever world event is fastest for you solo to try to get a fleet of fortune after. If it doesn't load just dive to another ashen winds. I passed level 100 in a day like this.

Since this update is anyone else getting the "sea of thieves services are temporarily unavailable" when you try to boot it up?

This is scummy but I have the fastest way to get lvl 100 from lvl 40 today, basically you have to server hop in a 1 man sloop until you get a server with the red ship in the sky, do a gold hoarder emissary head to it sink any one there of course and do it, takes 20 mins maximum you get close to 150k if all is collected plus max emissary, stop at ship wrecks if needed but finish the event first, I got 2 1/2 lvls in gold hoarders every time I turned the loot in, I was lvl 40 on April 8th and now I’m lvl 100 it’s literally that simple.

Can you do order of soles plz ❤

Medleys are not new, they were in the Captained Voyages tab before the update.

It definitely is, at least solo for sure. I've been timing how long it take for everything, and I can do an OoS Ashen Winds from dive to sell in 10-15 minutes and you get 20k base, or 50k with grade 5. The skelly fleet and skull fort are also 20k, but take 20-25 minutes. Haven't tried the ghost fleet yet though, but I doubt it's much better. I have dove into people already doing it a few times, those poor souls.

Raid voyages are crazy

Every time I get my gold hoarders emissary up to grade 5 I always get A LOT of gold from chests.

Theres a faster method that doesn't require any sailing and it lets you stack forever on the same island. Good fortune to everyone who has figured it out!

Wait, the sovereings also give reputation?

Yes. Sovereigns is just a middle man. You sell it to them, and it automatically sells it to where ever the loot needs to go. For example, selling skulls to sovereigns will increase order of souls rep, well cause skulls go there.

This is such bs, the ghost fleet took me forever to solo and it didnt even get me grade 5. I started as a grade 2 and barely ended up grade 4 at the end of it.

I mean but ain’t like max Lvl now like 500 you get to 100 then it turns into Distinction 1 at lvl 101 and Soo on till ur at 5 and that’s Lvl 500 😳

This is very misleading. The burning blade's armada gives barely any loot on a sloop and it does not max emissary.

it’s absolutely does brother, I have about 9 hours of stream conner showcasing it. Make sure you collect all the loot and defeat all of the final wave “boss” ships

Diving to raid events gives you highly reduced loot so they suck ass don't do them.

I'm just waiting for playable servers
