Hello, I am Vincent - Foosing in Hong Kong since 2004. I play for Team HK and was one of the players in Team Asia in Intercontinental Cup in 2018. I constantly get owned because I am a beginner, but tips like these which are beginner friendly really help.

hey vincent i saw you play against tony spredeman and you used the tic tac shot against him which u were able to score against him a few times which motivated me because i use the tic tac shot but abit different and i dont always score so if u can score against the best player in the world then it is a shot i am going to master

Haha! I guess that was back in 2015. Good luck on mastering the shot and it takes time to practice.

@@VMFoosball while doing the tic tac can u like do a pattern of switching from pull kick side to push kick side ? i have been using it and somehow it works because i change the pattern and speed confusing the defence because the defence was used to the pattern.

Yea, the tic tac is about “combo” but at the same time, it would become very mechanically demanding. Thats the trade-off.

@@VMFoosball so the only disadvantage about the tic tac is that u may loose the ball and is mechanicaly demanding ? is it commonly used in tournaments ?
Its hard to keep the ball in fas table and the smooth ball

Not sure because we do not have a proper ranking system in HK
On my table the ball is always moving and it’s very hard to control the ball. I also started playing 2 days ago so I’m a beginner

In real game its not easy to control ball
