@@smmedia07 that proves that kirti was manipulating the audience. He said in his video that he didn't liked his worked. He called it garbage now if he showed the original chat that had the word good work he would have been exposed in his own video because that's clearly hypocrisy. (For kirti's audience: hypocrisy is a behaviour in which somebody pretends to have moral standards or opinions that he/she does not really have)

It was shown from starting that he approached kirti, didn't clear the payment issue himself and used the chat only to gain popularity. I have never seen Kirti offending any community or caste. You should have asked for a specific amount for your 1 frame (the faces and grading in 2nd frame of country are different). If it is only about spreading awareness you should have spread it without telling his name. He already cleared himself saying that you are beginner and you did it because you wanted fame( For those who are saying Kirti's audience and his audience, his audience didn't exist before 1 month and he became popular due to this controversy).

Its his fanbases fault, omi created a community post telling "kirti ke fans" that he did not wanted his viewers to harass Kirti about the video the video was just to spread awareness about underpayment. And about that Bengali baniya joke he accepted that he did it wrong and told the viewers that if they dont want to hear these types of jokes they can always unsubscibe . And as he said himself the drama has ended for him whether he gets any replies or not. (Also I don't think you have checled the dms he linked)

There are misunderstandings from both end, but Kirti really acted way immature here. Especially deleting the chats and trying to manipulate the audience. If Kirti just accepted his mistakes in his 16 mins video, and stated only the facts, the issue would have got sorted already. Personally, I think exam stress might have been a major reason for Kirti to react in such a way.

Can you please explain me how the fuck Kirti exploited this guy.. Iss bande ke teeno scenes used nahi huye (which were sample scenes). Aisa toh hai nahi that Kirti used his scenes and then didn't even give him the credit. Fyi: Kirti said in his chat, once omi became familiar/regular with his work, woh usko standard pay karega. In this case, both are at fault, Kirti did accept his mistake in his video. But this guy Omi is full of vanity, he can't even accept his share of mistakes. (Bada insaan woh hota hai, jo apne part ki mistakes accept kare, or move on kare.. naa ki dusre ke naam pe views or revenue milk karna)

When I watched Kirti's video, i immediately found it so sketchy it felt as if he's trying hard to turn the blame on you and give pointless excuses for his mistakes instead of owning up to them. Yeah exactly same. All the people that are like "dono ka miscommunication hua" are just tryna find excuses. Especially now that we know that he didn't just do it with one animator. People say Omi should've asked for the money, but he actually did, it is in the chats, and Kirti said something like "bitch I don't take work for free". Like imagine HIRING someone, getting them to do labour, and not even telling about their pay and requirements. That is not miscommunication, that is straight up hiding things on purpose.

What more can you expect from this teenage audience. One thing Omi forgot to mention, if you have seen both Kirti's video and the clip posted in the description, you will find a huge difference in language fluency. It almost seems Kirti is reading a pre-planned script, from a notebook or something. It's very easy to state lies when you are reading it from somewhere, but harder to speak it with full confidence. And his artist who left that message in Kirti's video, even that I think was not something genuine considering how they have used this line "although there are somethings I disagree with" here no elaboration was given to state what were those things. It almost feels like, it was just there to make the whole message a bit more believable and manipulative for the audience. Otherwise, if the artist was bold enough to say that they disagree with something what harm was there to just say the thing which they are disagreeing with.
