it was hard for me, they key is to start with 1 or 2 item and get used to it first and add more when you are comfortable with the flow

Thank you for this. I will be sharing this with my students. I do hate when I hear, "they don't teach this in school," because it's probably true, but not in my classroom. I like to make time to have my students think about how they are studying. I encourage them to experiment with different methods. I also love taking time to build social fun into the class because learning is more connected when we care for each other in the classroom. Thank you, Ali! Very helpful!

I love all of you’re advice, I do. I’m a freshman at a uni and I’m going into my 3 week of college and I’ve been a mess. My head has been all over the place but I’ve been trying my best to study well and so far my grades are good. I’m still testing out which schedule works for me & what to do with my time but it’s so overwhelming. There’s so much I want to achieve but so little time. Thinking about all of this sometimes prevents me from even doing little things. I’m just a bit of a mess rn and could use some advice lol

I've gone back to grad school and have benefitted from going thru these videos and recommendations. Excellently researched material and so well presented.

Ali, don’t worry about getting canceled: I know exactly what you mean but I liked not taking part in extra-curricular activities. It’s just not my thing.

I did the TV rule too! And honestly, the extra curricular activities i participated in made my college days worth while. Really, I can’t imagine not being part of those organizations.

Completely agree with having no revision timetable. I remember having one when I was studying for my GCSEs. I hardly ever stuck to it
