This is a great video. I was working for a Residential builder managing up to 8 projects then estimating when it slowed down to 6 or less. Unfortunately all the projects were always usually in totally different stages of the project which made it so hard to code switch between each one throughout the day. What would would you suggest i should have implemented or done differently besides leave for a better staffed developer?

As a finish contractor doing line painting on asphalt we dont have a choice but to take on multiple jobs at once. Ive been searching for software that will help us track employee hours and be an internal communications hub for the company but Im having a hard time finding anything that is at all suited for what we need. Do you have any suggestions for software suggestions or ideas on managing so much data from so many jobs?

Groupme is a really good one for managing communications and groupchats, also I'd look into "Clockify" for managing employee hours. We're a commercial GC now, but before when I was in the field, from our lead guys to laborers it allowed us to 1) track where each employee/worker was during the day 2) how many hours they were on site. Clockify also would allow you to change locations throughout the day too. If you only worked on a striping project in the morning but ran to 2 more later, your workers would be able to change the locations and times based on the project name. I'd look into it if you haven't already.
