Good video! I recently bought the New Brikka. I love it! It's got a different crema valve inside the pipe where you can't see it. Also, it comes with a plastic measuring cup to pour 120ml of water into the 2 cup, or 170ml of water into the 4 cup.

Unless you know something I don't, but you should have prepared the milk while the coffee is brewing. The coffee shouldn't be sitting around and waiting for the milk to warm and froth.

Froth the milk when it's ice cold with a coffee plunger, heat it and then tap the bottom firmly on a counter to get rid of the bubbles. The foam is silkier that way.

Actually most people in Italy prepare coffee in moka-pots at home to simulate espressos drunk at cafes, go to any household and they'll most likely have a moka-pot rather than a PID, pressure profile espresso machine..they know it's not the same, but consider it good enough not to be bothered by spending money on hugely expensive machines and grinders at home.

To be clear this is not an espresso maker in any sense of the word. This is merely a coffee extraction method. You will not find this described as an espresso maker on the Bialetti website, why? Because they're Italian and they know what espresso is. On their website this is called a coffee maker. In addition to that this little frothing gadget does not produce crema. Crema is produced via emulsification which this little device can not do. Calling a Ford a Ferrari does not make it so.

Hi, May I share the most important news you will ever hear? God the Father sent His holy Son Jesus Christ(Y'shua Ha' Mashiach) from heaven to earth, to be born of a virgin. He grew up and died on the cross for our sins. He was put into a tomb for 3 days, and then Abba Father raised Jesus to life and He appeared to people and went back to Heaven. We must all sincerely receive Jesus to be a true child of God. It says in John 1:12 "But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name." Will you genuinely believe on Christ Jesus and truly receive Him today, before it is too late?

I pity anyone that offers to make you a coffee.
hhhhhh nice latte art
To be clear this is not an espresso maker in any sense of the word. This is merely a coffee extraction method. You will not find this described as an espresso maker on the Bialetti website, why? Because they're Italian and they know what espresso is. On their website this is called a coffee maker. In addition to that this little frothing gadget does not produce crema. Crema is produced via emulsification which this little device can not do. Calling a Ford a Ferrari does not make it so.
where can I buy that coffee crusher ? plz give me a link if some of you guys know. plz plz

Pete Tong Dont worry about the Aluminum. I will tell you this. But every now and then you keep on using plastic items. In fact to tell you honestly you started your day using plastic toothbrush with toothpaste with plastic molded casing. You drink Soda or water in a plastic bottle. If you wanted to eat in a fastfood. All food container are plastic.
not strong enough. you see the colour and texture.
really? I suppose you meant to say "making a black coffe and than add warm milk"

nothing wrong with making a consistent cup of coffee
LOL.... way too technical.....
non sei fregnoooooooooooo!
Way to much milk...way to much.
OMG Coffee grinding by hand and measuring everything,it took you forever man... Why don't you prepare your milk with simple electric one from nespresso.
what a waste of time and electricity/gas for a small cup of coffee.
I am really surprised that such a poor demonstration is encouraged to be aired online.
Why the vomit inducing music?
I think it's funny people are now hand grinding their coffee. My mom used to do that when I was a kid. Completely ancient and obsolete practice for making coffee. Use an automatic grinder ffs.
