If you have a Michael's were you are they have three rolls for 1.00

You could also paint on masking tape, that way it will have the same amount of tackiness as washi tape and may be available to more people. You could stick it on to some parchment paper to save it for later.

U can also take thin double sided tape and stick it on a scrapbook paper and cut it this way u can make as make as many pieces of washi tape of the same design.

Karen Kavett DIY I used this idea in all of my projects and it works really well.

You don't need sticker paper or office stickers .you can use double sided tape and normal paper . Just draw a design cut it out and put the double sided tape in the back and if you want to some gloss in your wasy tape you can put some normal tape on the tape .#wasyqueen

Great idea for the leftover file label sticker sheets I get at work. (A law firm.) We can only run the sheets thru the copier twice. Leftover blanks now have a new purpose! Occasionally there are printer misfeeds, now unuseable labels can be painted over.

Just print it in bond paper or photo paper than add some doubble sided tape

Just be aware that sticker paper has a much stronger bond than washi tape so you will need to be very careful when using it on photos. It's also not made out of washi, obviously =)

Also, the pressure sensitive adhesive may not be acid free, so you will have to watch out for yellowing

Oh man, I'm just starting on some scrapbooking stuff and this will be PERFECT for getting some of the colours/patterns I really want without having to look everywhere. Washi queen!

They sale paint at Walmart for 50 cents each hope that helped

You say that you “aren’t very good” at bullet journaling but that looked so good!! (Better than what I can do ) what a Washi Queen! also I will definitely try this with my X-tron sticker maker to decorate school supplies and to make cool labels!! Thanks for the cool idea!! I also recommend to use ribbon as washi tape (either with glue or a sticker maker if you have one) because it is very easy!!

Washi Queen, In the last few weeks started to have a go at making washi tape. It's great to make been trying it on so many different tape medium, double-sided sticky tape is really great for napkins, tissue paper and fabric. I've been trying many different things, have got a photo not sure how to show you it on here though thank you for the video and sharing it with us all😀

This will be great to do with my little cousins! They love making crafts and stickers. This is the perfect project. Thanks Washi Queen!

I ❤️ the 🌈 tape! So cute, Ms. Washi Queen! You can usually find office labels of various sizes at Dollar Tree. Another tip is to check thrift stores...yes! Thrift stores! They often have an office aisle with all sorts of office supplies.

Keep in mind, sticker paper doesn't come off walls easily. Look for tempory sticker paper or the removal kind for walls. So, Washi Queen I will defentlt try this. I already use sticker paper to print my own stickers. This is a great idea!

Great point! You can also weaken the adhesive by sticking it to your pants or any other fabric a few times before sticking it to the walls!

If you're gonna paint it, you could also use painter's tape or masking tape which is easy to draw on and not too sticky for walls.

I'm lucky i randomly found this. While I'm lucky to fine cheep washitape around me. But this did give me ideas for other things. Thank you for sharing this with us. And this was really fun to watch.
