Deep cycle means it's a battery that can be deeply discharged (not a car battery) This project looks "easy" but this dude's got some knowledge he's spent time and effort into gathering. Try a premade solution because diy might not be in reach *right now* you put in the effort and reading...and you could totally diy this

50 amp hours times 12 volts is 600 watt hours, not 1200. Your inverter is somewhat oversized. If you maxed it out the battery would be discharged in less than an hour.

I bought one this summer, great investment! I can warm baby bottles, use the coffee machine, plug a light in if needed and so on.

A little bit of knowledge is dangerous. You are jumping back and forth which is too difficult for someone that’s not electrically inclined.

For an Inverter, 1500 Watt Modified Sine Wave like the one you bought from Harbor Freight is a bit much. On Amazon, you can buy a Bestek 500 Watt PURE Sine for about $60.00, vs. the $130+ you paid for the one you have in there now. AND you will gain space in the Case!

Make sure the inverter is sized to your appliance surge watts, otherwise the compressor will not turn over. If it's a 800-watt refrigerator make the inverter peak is 2400-3000 watts.

I’m hoping you’re able to help me out with something. I was using someone else’s plans and I bought the Cllena power socket accessory that you showed. He will not respond to any questions. I’m having a hard time putting two and 3 14-gauge wires into one yellow plug that connects everything together in the back to the power switch and voltmeter. Am I supposed to melt them together or do I take another approach?

Yeah, if possibly solder them in place. Best to buy the ones that are already wired for you. Amazon is tricky where it sells both, unwired and wired. I got tricked myself and had to deal with that like you are now.

Are you talking about a fridge freezer combo or an atual fridge without a freezer and a separate fridge to get pure sine wave check out triplite lc1800 it was under a hundred dollars it takes in modified sine wave and converts it to pure sine wave it'll handle up to 1800 watts I saw a utube video on it he was using it to with the Duracell 1440 solar generator I was going to buy one it was jusr over a hundred dollars Canadian but the shipping was almost 400 dollars I can buy a 2000 watt pure sine wave inverter for less if I can get an account with renogy I can get a 2000 watt pure sine wave inverter for under 400 dollars and shipping is included

Don’t want to ask for to much but is a guide/instructions list possible for those of us that don’t have the attention span to follow along with your instructions, opinions, or the stuff you can do if you want to but not required.
