    Can you describe which controller you are using for this and is xy2-100 protocol used for the galvos system? It would be of great help if you can share the controller part

    So the “mirror” in galvo head physically moves to reflect the laser to make the pattern cut?? Good vid too.

    You would only call that DB-25 connector a LPT connector if it was on a printer (LinePrinTer) :)

    Thank, I enjoyed the video, but was wondering how the laser moves, since it's fully enclosed in stationary compartment.

    When it comes to laser, Galvo systems use mirror technology to move the laser beam in different directions by rotating and adjusting mirror angles within the boundaries of a work area.     вопрос на хрена ? за 1500 баксов можно купить 20 ватт лазерный маркер с автофокусом весом 15-20 кг

    100%. Уже если брать гальво сканер, и заниматься самоделкой (чтоб дешевле на 50 баксов получилось), то и ставить туда волоконник, а не диоды шаманить. Такое гальво, как на видео, в комплекте с линзой 500 баксов, 250-300 плата управления гальвой. Не понятно где цимес: купить на 700-800 уе оборудования для почти промышленной работы и прилепить на скотч к нему диод, который либо долго и производительно, либо нормально работать не будет... Если гравировать фанеру и пластики, то любая труба 40Вт за 50 баксов на али будет в разы производительней и на много дольше отработает, чем этот NUBM44 диод, но не будет гравировать металлы. Но и диодом - это тоже не гравировка, а так... что-то похожее.

    I miss the 'how to' part, you don't teach anything at all. And the screws that you use to fix the legs to the base plate are anything but M3. M3 is a metric thread. The screws in your video are some plastic screws, just junk. Back to the lab!
