I have just submerged my shorts in the bleach/water and am currently waiting! I used some old jeans that were really flairy at the bottom which is no longer in fashion, but I still love the shape and pocket design of the jeans so I am pleased to still be able to use them!

When I was 13 years old (like 7 years ago) I had a pair that were watermelon colored that I loved so much... I wore them everywhere. They were very comfy! Makes me sad that everyone hates on them.

I want to bleach my whole shorts , Can i just out the bleach directly onto the garment or do the water and bleach?

do they have to be denim because i have a a pair of mint jean shorts soaking right now and theyre not changing color :/

I rinse it when it's dry? Or should I rinse them as soon as Im done bleaching? Im afraid the bleach will spread to the rest of the shorts if I rinse it when it's still wet..

My jeans turned a light yellow . Is there anyway they can be white ? Do I have to wash them ? I just want to know one way it can change white

you can also fray with sandpaper

Hi I bleached my shorts but I noticed that some bits were yellow. Any tips on how to improve them. Should I bleach again for a bit longer? I heard vinegar gets it out but I'm hesitant as it weakens the fibers. Then again so does the bleach =) What do you recommend?
