Whisker/Mustaches/ Chevrons is the first process of dry process in denim washing.........guys in this video I will show you how to make whisker pattern for denim pant.....
Whisker pattern make on rubber sheet than it transfer on denim pant.Before starting execution placements and pattern must be marked on garments, this will help operator to execute the pattern right to match the aesthetics of garment. Actually whisker is done on front thight, hip and back knee.all operations are carried out in width direction hence its appears intense than hand sand with less strokes because hand sand is carried in length direction....
