Do you mail these? How do they hold up? I’m thinking this might be a better method for me. I’m a lefty, and all the spoons are designed for a right handed person. Thanks so much for sharing!

I have mailed them and they have held up just fine, but I’ve only used them on thinner envelopes - like a normal birthday card in an envelope. I think they’re more likely to get damaged on a thicker envelope because of the machines the post office feeds them through. If I wanted to use it on a thick envelope I think I’d put it on the envelope and then put the whole thing inside a slightly thicker envelope to protect it. Kind of like how wedding invitations have two envelopes sometimes.

Hello, I work for the post office. It would be best to use a secondary mailer to protect the seal.

Also can you keep the stick and use it next day or all wax stick has to be used in same day

Yes you can keep it and use it the next day, or way later. Just don’t try to pull it out of the hot glue gun. That can break the hot glue gun

I think it’s faster this way - using the wax sticks.

You can use a silicone mat like this one: amzn.to/3Eo21Q1 You can also add double adhesive backs to them to turn them into stickers so that you can adhere them to envelopes later. @@ShesCraftyandSheKnowsIt one more question pls. Do you also use other materials to create the seals? For example hot glue? I am asking because i am afraid the seal made out of wax that will be sticked to the envelope later can be too fragile and gets damaged when mailing a couple of them in a box. Or is this not the case? Thanks!

I don't use anything else besides the wax seal sticks and I haven't had any problems. But you could always test it out by shipping some to a friend to see how they do.

Unfortunately it’s really best to just use them up. If you try pulling them out it could mess up your hot glue gun. I bought an extra hot glue gun (the one I have is $9) just to use for wax seal sticks so that I can still use regular hot glue when needed.
