@@mrslap1924 that's the downside of being a great cook, you don't measure anything just eyeball it. They forget that part though, I know beginners have a hard time with measutements.

No measurement of ingredients given anywhere nor on the website!
Only Americans could come up with an idea to add a sausage into their ice cream. The miso one is also abominable, but chorizo in an ice cream has got to be the most objectionable stuff. Which is sad because traditional American ice cream is usually pretty good. It's OK to experiment with flavors and ingredients but sometimes one needs to draw a red line somewhere. Some items just don't belong in desserts. Like garlic or onions for example. Or parsley. Same for meat and fish.
