How to make vibration tumbler polisher
Hello my friend .
This project is about simple and helpful tumbler polisher.
This little guy can removing rust from nuts,screws and every rusted metal.
I use the 350w electro motor.
I bringing this motor out of old Juice machine.
I use pvc pipe that is waterproof and you can also use it as a polisher along with water.
All stuff i use are second hand .

Great build! Boy, you can make just about anything out of that grey PVC piping can't you, lol? My question would be why the inner bucket? It does keep the items being cleaned confined to a smaller space. What was your thinking with that? I'd like to try and build this vibratory machine so if you could tell me it's purpose, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks for sharing your creative mind with us!!!

Thank you . The reason for this is that the vibration chamber is one-handed, and the second reason is only that the dishes around me were of such dimensions, and the purpose was to conduct an experiment to clean small rusted metals. By increasing the power and speed of the motor and with a larger container, you will be able to clean larger objects

Yes . But each metal must use special granules.
Does it works for rusty nails also??

Because it is clear body Metal and it will rusted soon . You have tow way to keep it safe , anodizing or wearing oil products.
100mm, 200mm and 950mm. And the smallest is 950mm 🤨🙄😅

I'm sure I wasn't the only one who knew what he meant when he wrote 950 for the smallest disk. Sometimes you just need to look past a simple mistake instead of bringing it to everyone's attention.
