    That looks good, I got jalapeño and cheese summer sausage and snack sticks, regular snack sticks and jerky. My problem is when I pull it out everybody wants some 😂. Thanks for sharing.

    I think Lem says to refrigerate for 12-24hr before smoking so cure can work...

    Great video EXCEPT those aren’t safely cured. At some point, mixed or stuffed, there needs to be a 24 hr refrigerator rest to cure. IT IS NOT SAFE TO SLOW COOK OR SMOKE WITHOUT FULL CURE
