Haan most probably... Maine use nahi kiya kabhi isse oil pastels par. Waise oil pastels par varnish use karte bhi nahi hai

Aapne fevicol se bna varnish jo use Kiya nd jin product kr ooper varnish apply Kiya h un sbko wash krke dikhaiye

Nahi...aap acrylic colour ke liye Fabric glue wala use Karo. Aur sabse pehle ek sample test jarur karna . Colours Puri tarah dry hona jaruri hai. Kyonki colours thode bhi gele hue toh kharab ho jayenge

Maine kabhi varnish ko water mai dal kar nhi dekha ... synthetic varnish water proof hoti hai, jo chemical se banti hai

First of thank you Maine kabhi oil paint par yeh Varnish use nahi Kiya but I think koi problem toh nhi hona chahiye...but Painting Puri tarah dry hona chahiye. Aap ek sample test kar sakte hai
