Aaba! African food takes a long time to process for eating! Anyway, I think Ghanaian fufu preparation looks simpler 😀

My fiancée is Igbo and I am Native American in the United States. I have looked at so many fufu recipes. This one is very easy and well demonstrated. Thank you so much. I am fermenting my cassava since last night. I will re-watch this video throughout the process. Thank you for the link. Now I need to purchase an African mortar/pestle. Do you know where I can get one? I will try Amazon but idk what to call it
What is the role of the nails, and how do you prevent the Akpu smell ?
