I have some questions. 1. How do you make a melody 2. How do you make bass I have some dwp instruments but sadly i dont know how to start/make a original melody I usually just "steal" midis for some stuff. 😢😢😢

I might make a follow up video explaining the actual music theory side of creating music. I made this video as a half joke and was not expecting people to take it seriously lol. I can give you some actual advice on making a melody/bass though. 1. To make a melody, it's pretty easy once you get the jist of it. I always start by choosing a certain scale/key sig to go by. It's really important to stay ON the scale most of the time or it's going to sound really bad. It's important to note that having any experience or knowledge with an instrument irl can really help aswell. When it comes to actually writing the melody itself, listen to different songs that you like! Take inspirations from a specific melody of a certain song, and try to transpose that certain feeling into your own. Research different rhythms and time sigs that you can put into your melody too! If you're a total beginner at making melodies, or just music in general, it can seem REALLY overwhelming, but the more you practice doing it, the easier it gets. In short, just make what you think sounds good, and you'll improve over time! 2. Making a bass is really easy. Not everyone has a super good ear when it comes to music, but if you have a designated key signature for a melody, it's really easy to make. Try playing around with that same scale and finding notes that compliment your melody and sound good when harmonizing. I actually DO support checking out midis for certain songs you like, but obviously don't go and steal them lol. Check out the different bass patterns in those and see how you can use them in your stuff! Again, just practice and you'll see improvement, I promise! c: Hope this helped! TLDR: just do what you think sounds good lol

The way i make my music is typically starting with chords. You can google what chords are good for what vibe you want (also keep bpm in mind). Then with that as the groundwork, you can make a melody on a seperate track. Using your ear seeing what goes well with the chords. Music theory helps a lot too, but thats how i started out anyway.

Hey, I don't know if anyone told you yet but, just in case, I will Panning the shreddage SOUNDFONT to the left and right ear doesn't change anything, because the sound in the right ear is the exact same as the left ear HOWEVER, if you do that with the KONTAKT LIBRARY VERSION, it actually sounds better, because the Shreddage Kontakt library actually uses a different sample any time you play a note, and the difference in sounding makes it better when being panned And that applies to every guitar you might wanna use in the future!

@@spoofie3 Ahhhh man, I took an hour to write out like a 4 paragraph researched essay yesterday after you replied detailing the options, the best recommended ones, my opinion, and where to go - but I guess youtube deleted it ? I'll give you a TLDR: I'd start with Elevenlabs. Most user-friendly one in terms of shear quality. Its probably the best for general narration speaking. Cheap too. You can clone your own but I personally havent tested the quality of that. However if theres something specific that you want and cant really get to work with that- I'm a part of the AI hub discord where people post their own trained models for music covers, TTS, voice changing ect. Theres many softwares that you can either run locally or on a server. They have guides and such to get started. However, the quality will really depend on the talent of the person who curated and trained the voice banks, and its a lot of character voices rather than ones used for narration. Ive collected quite a few over time and theres some real nice diamonds in the rough. If you get invested in this kind of thing you can make your own original voice by mixing others! All and all It'll depend on what vibe youre specifically looking for with your channel. Feel free to ask around in the discord if you need pointed towards anywhere.
