syrian here, who has a family shawarma business. this is actually the proper way to make shawarma compared to the really crappy ones i see a lot.i, personally use the Lebanese rayan bakery bread, instead of saj. very good and big respect to shelby's

@STAR_ KING lucky guy. There's a restaurant near me that seems it, but for some reason, they just call it sandwiches. Also, they only let you get one sauce when I love all of them. The garlic, Tahiziki (I can't spell sorry), and yogurt cucumber mix. Oh, and a pepper sauce. Love it all.

He makes simple but delicious food, I have tried his recipes before and I can truly say that he is the best.

My Syrian mom makes the best Shawarma, better than any other one I've had and I've had a LOT. She puts some tahini, marinated chicken, pickles, white garlic sauce, makes her own bread, fresh fries, paprika, and a little bit of cucumbers. My favorite food fr it's so good.
